These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Bluecrest Windows. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Bluecrest Windows provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter brightening, pressure washing, and related exterior maintenance services for residential and commercial properties.

Service availability may vary depending on weather conditions, scheduling, accessibility, and property location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at Bluecrest Windows’ discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary depending on property size, accessibility, service scope, and property condition.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking or service.

Bluecrest Windows reserves the right to adjust pricing if service conditions differ significantly from the original estimate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property during service appointments. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying us of any hazards or areas requiring special care.

Customers should inform Bluecrest Windows in advance regarding damaged windows, fragile materials, loose gutters, or special cleaning concerns.

5. Liability

While Bluecrest Windows takes professional care during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aging materials, failed seals, oxidation, scratches, cracked glass, structural defects, or conditions outside our control.

Certain stains, discoloration, hard water buildup, oxidation, or environmental damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions or improper installation of exterior materials.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may reasonably review and address service-related concerns.

7. Refusal or Termination of Service

Bluecrest Windows reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for professional completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York.
